I agree with you completely. DIversity quotas are a pile of feel good garbage... There SHOULD however be assistance programs and incentives for corporations to incorporate all disadvantaged people into meaningful and worthwhile employment.... The US gets this completely wrong....

But thinking that a mentally unable person could qualify for a pilots license ... even a failed society like the US, is laughable mate....

Yes, people should only get jobs if they are related to Donald trump, donated to his campaign or play golf with him. That's a real qualification.

I have two people with disabilities who work for me, and I have no problem with admitting that I hired them for this exact reason. It's been life-changing for them and their families. But they're not flying fucking planes like you're trying to suggest is happening here.

As for religion, well you are religious. I got it from your post due to your lack of compassion for others.

So hilarious, corporate America exists because they got into the university after either donations, they had the right last name or a family member went to the school...then they got the job after it through connections.

And they scream that people should only be chosen on merit.

Personally I don't know much about DEI or its mechanics so don't have an opinion on it, but it's fucking laughable to suggest people in the corporate world got there on merit. Some yes - most? Fuck no.
