Perry Park - Olympic Application

I would love to Perry Park redeveloped into a 10-15K boutique football stadium. It would reinvigorate Brisbane as a bona fide A-League city. It might even encourage a second franchise eventually and a city if 2.5m should be able to accommodate two A League clubs...

Another thought - are A-League Women's matches included in this count? I know many play at smaller venues vs the men's teams but a smaller venue primary managed by football and hosting both men's and women's team home games would be ~24 matches a year.
