That's why Lowy and O'Neill sold us what they did from '03 onwards - stuff the game's history in this country, it's all baggage full of more defeats/tragedy than it is victories and glory. It was all about starting over from scratch, year-zero so that no one'd be in a position to feel left-out of what was being promised..
