Preston had no choice. They had to go for Bonada as they had missed out on Juach. They needed a striker. It was the best on offer given what was available. I don’t blame them for going for Bonada.

I doubt Johnny A would switch to Hellas. I think he’s comfortable at Heidelberg. However, stranger things have happened.

I have 2 questions now that window has closed.

1.Is Sinisa the right man to guide this team with the talent we now have?

2. Who should we look at cone next transfer window before Aus Champ.

1. Sinisa has done enough to be given time ti turn things around. If it falls apart at the end of the home and away season, then we quickly move for a new coach. Full confidence in Sinisa to get us into the top 6 finals.

2. Assuming what has been posted previously about Lopez, Jankovic, and Mikkola departing, we would need to sign:

• 2 Centre Backs (Ramazani only on loan from Vanuatu United)
• Goalkeeper
• Second striker (would love to have Aguek back)
• Right Back (retain JPA as back up and for NPL matches during OFC fixtures)
• Winger

If the Hellas Football Department can nail the above signings, we will very strong for both the Australian Championship and OFC Pro League.

Lesiotis remains the best they have to offer imo.. Id take Collins too as a marrshall at the back...rest i think i could do without although there is some more talent there to fill our bavkline.... Sozer the wnkr i could do without.

What we need to do imo is play Retre at RB where Sydney fc often used him, Painter Andrews with his speed can be one of your off the bench impact players, he can also play on the wing where i think he is better anyway. Pasquali and TG should be in the middle.

Sinisa has to turn either Uchida into a creative force again or Yoo. One of those 2 need to go nuts for us creatively if we are gonna go anywhere.

The best cb in the league is Bryce and its daylight to the rest. Wish we had him.

Correct, so without influence no more Messourounis, no more Lackeys. You can bring on players that can actually do something off the bench.

I've just basically turned a rubbish bench into one of the better ones in Victoria.
