NPL 2026

Cove could of been Bosnian Serbs...
I have zero issue with orthodox people whatsoever or humans of any creed for that matter but from the outside seems like/pretty sure atleast some are orthodox Serbs. They were whipping out Greek/Serb/Russian brotherhood type flags in the Sydney fc end when they played Sydney united at edensor park in the Syd cup last year to try and bait the Sydney united supporters.

Don’t know for sure, just guessing/purely anecdotal but pretty sure most Bosnians in Sydney support either the wanderers or fc bossy in the lower leagues

Sydney united deserve the 2nd place imo, they play better tbh. Marconi a very poor end to the season imo, basically from the Sydney united game onward.

Clear to see many of the players and coaches are there right now just to see out their contractual obligations, hearts are no longer in it. And that’s all the team had to begin with. Doesn’t bode well for the championship. As I say, hopefully the rebuild is as painless as possible. Geez Marconi play bad soccer..do they even like the game or ? Just kick it long boys, hit and hope. Not even a thought to get your head up and look to play a pass 9 times out of 10. So many unforced errors in this game too, players constantly stepping on the ball, struggling to get it under, miss kicks etc

Marconi's decline since the coaching announcement really is disgusting. They should have announced it at the end of the season or the end of the Championship. Seems as though they're just going through the motions and would be surprised if they do anything of note in the finals.

IF I recall right their decline/loss's and ordinary play was even before the announcement.

They’re just a better team, they only lack a top striker.

I once had a coach who used to say “if you can’t get the ball, get his farken legs” in his strong Italo-Australian accent. The way Marconi have played under tsekenis’ management style very much reminds me of that
same applied last season despite better results - been thuggery football (and I don't mind some aggressive play) opportunistic goals more than decent build up play.

That's always been Tsenkis's style. It's effective and they occasionally play some nice football as they have they players to do so. Makes me wonder if Damien Tsenkis is going to stick around, he'd be a big loss as he is a quality player but end of a successful era nonetheless it needs to be said.

Agree with @NicCarBel they are the only good “promoted” club and are the most improved club of the season. Hopefully they can take it further next season 🤞

Actual retards they can have fun at prospect away next year

i dont understand, if you wanna be a tough cunt, why dont you attack them during the game in the stadium?!

real hard throwing it from outside the stadium.

Tseka and flea threw the toys out of the cot when they heard the club will be slashing the budget by $300k, they informed the players and that's when the downward spiral started. They went against the club's wishes, when they said not to announce it until seasons end.
