I will in no way blame the kids, but this can never ever happen again. I've already questioned why we have 22 players in Auckland (more than any other team in ofc). A lineup similar to what we had against Bulleen i'd turn up for because thats at least senior players.

Whats expected in the next 3 games is too much for me, its not right.

The thing is we saw them against Oakleigh, they gave it everything and did us proud but the reality is they will be lucky to get a shot on goal tomorrow. O Sullivan also played a blinder that day and not even he will be there.

The FV should be stepping in here and postponing these games.

Its simply too uncompetitive to bother with. If it was our B team, Pope, Leech, Inglese, Menelaou etc different story i'd be there because at least its npl v npl (to an extent). The current situation is silly and its not a serious match.

If anything we should be attempting a fixture swap with George Cross for next week. Most wont bother tomorrow but it devalues the membership and fan experience when its another kiddies team at lakeside. Let them have their pastizzi party at city vista and we can play them properly at home at the end of the year.
