New Head of APL

No arguments from me on that score...as I posted earlier other than JON, all have failed on many fronts.

Having said that I am always willing to give an appointment like this the 100 day treatment in that let's wait and see...then if needed it's all in boots and all but from the get go that's for me anyway to early
I emailed him, don't care if he talks to me or another pod, but as long as he talks to someone that would be a positive sign

It doesn’t take much tbh - the game in Australia is all day casuals as seen in the Aus Championship and the 2019 AL drop off.

Unite the leagues for now at least on the same provider as the EPL, build up some 2034 project, try use any government power to minimise pressure on active support and hooliganism so young kids can sperg around and pump the tiktoks.

The game here is a phase for 95% of people regardless of A-league or NSL. Learn to create and ride the phase up and phase down.

Agreed with everything bar hooliganism.

That we can do without.

2 years tops! APL need to cut the share of the ALM TV deal down to %5 instead of the %18 they currently give the greedy FA.
To be honest I can't argue with that. The APL would probably want to give the FA nothing however they own none of the IP for the A League so they don't have a leg to stand on. 18% for doing sweet fuck all is pretty rich however, funny how the APL wanted to stand on their own and still have to give the FA a slice of the very thin flavourless pound cake they're receving from Paramount.

The APL still owe the FA quite a lot (last year it was reported to be approx $12m). This is likely higher now as it's related to ongoing expenses like referees. This contributed to the FA reporting an $8.5m loss last FY.
