Sign Up Now!West Ham just won.Current lists for Matildas players chasing promotion and battling relegation are below, bearing in mind that current situations are based on the ladder as of the start of leagues' respective current matchdays so some teams may have played this week whereas others won't. Please let me know if I've missed anyone out and I'll edit the lists accordingly.
Chasing promotion
Battling relegation
- Kaitlyn Torpey — Newcastle United (WSL 2 to WSL, three points outside playoffs through matchday 13 with two games in hand)
- Alana Murphy — SC Sand (2. Frauen-Bundesliga to Frauen-Bundesliga, currently second going into matchday 15 and level on points with ladder leaders but inferior for and against)
Damallsvenskan is currently in the offseason, whilst NWSL, USL Super League and A-League Women follow a closed model and therefore do not have promotion and relegation.
- Jessika Nash and Jacynta Galabadaarachchi — Sassuolo (Serie A Women to Serie B, two points safe through matchday 11 with a game in hand)
- Katrina Gorry — West Ham (WSL to WSL 2, one point safe from pro-rel playoff through matchday 13 with a game in hand)
- Emma Ilijoski — Aberdeen (SWPL to SWPL 2, eight points from last championship round place through matchday 16 with a game in hand)
