Golden Boot Race - Aussies Abroad

Toure goal from 1:35. Won the long ball header in the lead up. Decent run and pace leading up to the cross/shot, then good anticipation to bury the defletion. Not the prettiest goal but good work non-the-less.

This is another angle of Mos goal shot from the stands. Shows the difficulty of the chance. It's hard to get your foot over a volley like that to keep the shot under the bar. Good finish!

Riley McGree with a goal and assist for Middlesbrough in the Championship.
Well done McGree I didn't know he was back. He is a class player I'm not convinced the Championship \ Prem suits him (durability?) but as soon as he is fit again back in the first 11 Manager clearly really rates him!

Also, Big! Middlesbrough go top - next up Coventry! I'm calling it I think if they win that... they go on and get promoted at a minimum if not win the league.

Comment from OneBro: "
As we all calm down, theres a lot of players who can be singled out tonight, but I want to leave my final bit of praise for Riley mcgree. He is a transformative footballer. He starred all the way through carricks best run, hes starring during hellbergs best run. Hes a remarkable footballer. Gets a lot of criticism for his injury record, but thats not his fault. The lad has been through hell yet every time he comes back hes amazing. It wasn't just on the ball tonight, he got proper stuck in and was great at defending on the front foot.

10/10 performance imo."

"It’s worth noting that McGree also brings out the absolute best in Hackney. I love watching the little interchanges they play. Plus McGree can seamlessly go from a forward to #8 so him and Hackney often swap positions in game. It’s brilliant."

The assist and goal from McGree. That assist was filthy. Goal a little fortunate but he's one of those guys that seems to find himself in dangerous spots. He's a menace in transition.

Which is exactly the type of player that a counter-attacking team like Australia needs. Should definitely be in the 26, pushing for a start.
