Unsurprising, the Nix really weren’t that good to watch under him.
He took them within a wisp of the grand final a couple of seasons ago.
But, yeah, it’s all about now.

He had 1 good season period, the club did screw him over by not giving him more money to spend on players. But he is a 1 dimensional coach. Hope we sign the coach from Heidleberg that guy knows how to work with youth and has a plan A/B and C.

I don't think John Anastasiadis will be leaving Heidelberg United any time soon unfortunately, but in an ideal world we'd have a proven head coach with heaps of experience who can overhaul the playing list and turn our fortunes around much like what Bev Priestman is currently doing with the Nix women's side.

Wellington are very tight on there player budget and refuse to spend, They also have no ambition for silverware preferring to produce youth for a profit at the cost of a mid table club. It would suit someone like Anastasidis since he had a small budget in the NPL.
