No you are not, you have said many times your club Sth Melbourne comes first above all else, with football in this country.

As an extension of this, they would have MORE pathways if there where 3 or 4 tiers of linked professional football no?

I fear nothing of Australian football, what happens, happens, it is not my primary interest in football.

Yes, it failed, by not carrying on or changing it, was an admission of failure.

My club comes first above everything TO ME, as I would assume your club comes first above everything TO YOU, and Suthos club comes first above everything TO HIM... Do you disagree with that? Would you be willing to see your club die "for the good of the game" or whatever other bullshit marketing spin the APL is singsonging these days?

Yes I would, I love the state of the game in this country & the Socceroos & matildas success over my love for SFC.
Now if someone came up with an idea that had great pathways for football in this country & produced great Socceroos & Matildas & it's top tier would be among the top 3 competitions in this country but no SFC, yes I would accept it.
Maybe I wouldn't follow it with passion, but I wouldn't waste my time rubbishing it.

Fair enough.... I'm sensing a bit of a theme here... Seems like the Aleague franchise support is indeed "football but not as you know it"
