Alas, there is a a response that says the poster's name is associated with spam. They've just contacted me saying they are waiting for an admin response from here.

I have a steady recruitment campaign from another forum in bookreading, but of course some could be attracted to football. Most aren't interested in joining Green and G though, saying that forum meets enough of their needs. Still we are picking up a few new recruits.

I think most likely the Young Socceroos going all the way in the under-20 Asian Cup as well as the Matildas playing in the SheBelieves Cup would have contributed to the momentum around forum posting in Feb, and assuming monthly posts skyrocket around major tournament timings we'd expect to see a similar trend next March for the home Women's Asian Cup and more so in June when the World Cup rolls around.

Just on another note look forward to any more Fan Views posted by G and G members. I’ve enjoyed everything posted thus far.

There were quite a lot posted close together, but nothing new for a while.

More recruits perusing the forum!

I'm still working on recruitment through a Bookreading thread elsewhere. Hadn't realised, but Mono identified one newbie as a Jets fan!

Many have said they they aren't interested though. Too busy!

Might work with Richie and work on recruiting a few more cricket fans to Green and G Cricket thread. A few are likely to be football fans too, like the Bookreaders.

Just don't post anywhere else about football anymore to try and recruit from football forums and blogs.
 
One of the features of G and G FC I'm starting to become familiar and comfortable with is the emojis mechanism.

On other forums I'm a member of, not football related, there isn't the emoji system. Many posters post, without receiving any feedback. Here it is sometimes interesting seeing the reactions to posts. Moreover, posters can see their posts have been read.

I'm going to put up what will probably be a very unpopular suggestion. I'm serious though.

In schools we sometimes put kids on suspension, or enact limited enrolment for deviant students.

I'm proposing that we invite Lupi to return for a one week per month trial basis. This equates to limited G and G enrolment.

Why?

I might not post in areas of G and G forum where he is most active, but I find Lupi entertaining - most of the time. He seems to disagree with a lot of what G and G members post. I might be guilty of a twisted sense of humour.

As I understand it, Lupi doesn't ' fixate on' and 'stalk' G and G posters. He seems to disagree with a lot of us about most topics and he supports any team who plays the Socceroos or Matildas, or who play against AL teams in the Asian Ch L.

I don't think Lupi trolls, but is innately disagreeable.

Lupi has invested a lot of time in G and G.

In the unlikely event that Lupi follows the rules 'sufficiently', his limited forum participation can be increased to 1 week out of every 2.

Of course I acknowledge Lupi probably perceives he has never done anything wrong on G and G.

Thoughts?

I didn’t advocate ‘them’ generally as being given a ‘limited enrollment’, but Lupi in particular.

The rest of your ‘mates’ are more guilty of premeditated stalking, doxing, cat fishing, trolling, bullying, multi identities, sock puppets, etc.

IMO the G and G staff have done a superb job minimizing their impact on this forum.

The rest of your ‘mates’ could emulate your demeanor on G and G, Beretta.

Conversely, I categorize Lupi differently. He might be deemed a forum ‘character’. He has a sense of humour too.

Apart from you, and me, there is probably no other support for Lupi’s limited reinstatement on G and G.
