Football games

Decided to chuck on eFootball for the first time in a long time. and wow, if they went back to the annual release instead of this online bullshit, there's still a good base game to go with. Would have been good if they really pushed to get the FIFA licence from the World Cup, but oh well.
The reason I say that is - in club land (ok, not all clubs and uniforms are licenced, but the players are):
  1. Scotland
  2. Denmark
  3. Netherlands
  4. English Premier League
  5. English Championship
  6. Belgium
  7. France Ligue 1
  8. France Ligue 2
  9. Switzerland
  10. Italy Serie A
  11. Italy Serie B
  12. Spain La Liga
  13. Spain Segunda Divsion
  14. Turkey
  15. Portugal
  16. Colombia
  17. Brazil Serie A
  18. Brazil Serie B
  19. Chile
  20. Argentina
  21. USA - MLS
  22. USA - USL Championship
  23. Korea
  24. Japan J1 League
  25. Japan J2 League
  26. Thailand
  27. AFC Champions League Elite
  28. AFC Champions League 2
And that's not to mention the "Other Leagues" clubs that are on the game licenced as well (just Germany and Mexico at the moment, with another 22 AFC placeholder generic clubs with generic players for those that had competed in previous AFC Champions League campaigns, including Central Coast YB, and Sydney BB):
  1. Borussia Dortmund
  2. Bayer Leverkusen
  3. Eintracht Frankfurt
  4. Tigres UANL
  5. CD Guadalajara
  6. Club Ameria
  7. Pumas
Then, for International Football, there is a lot going on there too:
  • 41 UEFA Nations - some licenced, some not
  • 10 CONMEBOL Nations - I believe some licenced, some not. but I'd have to check
  • 8 CONCACAF Nations - I believe some licenced, some not. but I'd have to check
  • 24 CAF Nations - licenced via the 2025 AFCON being featured
  • 18 AFC Nations - licenced via the final Asian Qualifying round being featured
  • 20 CAF Nations - These would have been in before the AFCON deal was made. I believe some licenced, some not. but I'd have to check
  • 30 AFC Nations + 1 OFC Nation (New Zealand) - Some licenced, some not

It's a Netflix game with the FIFA licence that you'll be able to play on your television using a mobile phone as a controller as opposed to a traditional console setup.

Wow no idea if that'll be good. If it's like the old FIFA games where you can try qualify with American samoa it's a chance to be decent

I can’t remember which thread I had this on before - but have finally finished uploading my 1998 Socceroos World Cup Qualifying playthrough. Off to the 1997 Confederations Cup next!

There’s a mod for PC Pro Evo 2021 coming out soon, that’s a complete remake of the 1998/1999 season (including the World Cup) that I’m excited for

In the meantime, I’ve got my setup all ready to go for recreating all Socceroos games as much as possible using all the games that existed at the time

Have set up on an emulator now, instead of native PS1 running through my computer, because the emulator makes the textures look much, much, much cleaner

I love the 2000s FIFAs will always have a place in my heart because I was a kid and playing it more with mates.

I think 14 and 17 were really good I liked the journey mode they added. Never got into ultimate team and it's probably lost my interest the more popular that's gotten
