Ronaldo scored 5 goals in 5 games in the qualifiers. He has also scored plenty of important goals in the Nations League.

Ronaldo wasn’t the issue today (he has been the issue in past games). We were too conservative with possession. Looked better with Conceição out wide taking players on instead of Bernando. Leão was poor when he came on. Maybe it should have been Félix who came on.
