I just do not like the fact 80% of their team has never lived in Morocco.
 
My dad was watching the Egypt Argentina game again. I remember many people saying, "it's Egypt's own fault they couldn't hold on". I don't think people realise just how much momentum is a thing. How much calls can affect a game.

I still think some of - not all - were unfair calls. When calls like that happen, it plays with your psyche and the match as a whole.

On a side, fuck FIFA and Fuck America. Patting down every Egypt fan and no Argentinians. Throwing beer on Egypt fans and no repercussions.

Yeah that's such a cop out of actual analysis by the pundits. If VAR takes a goal off one team but VAR doesn't take the same sort of goal of the other, most teams would find it difficult to "hold on"!

I’m idealistic about these things. I just wish that the majority were raised in Morocco. Nothing can be done I suppose if France or whatever European nation they were born in does not pick them.
