I kind of don't wanna do the permutations anymore unless we do lose, just so to know what we need to go our way to still qualify.

Losing 2-1 guarantees us at the moment only ahead of Korea and Scotland. so that's 4th out of 6,

I think the confirmed one of the ones yet to play over the next couple of days we should be ahead is Group I (Senegal/Iraq), so leaves one group left open where we would need things to happen

Yeah the prospect makes me feel sick.

Surely well see some surprising results in the second half of matches. We've had rotten luck so far with South Africa, Ecuador and Sweden.

Especially rotten luck when neither of those three teams were favoured to win. SA have never made the knockouts before and beat SK, Ecuador had Germany and Sweden were in shit form plus were probably already unfavoured against Japan.
 
Oh Senegal have terrible cards now. 0 points and -3 so the Max they can get is 3 and maybe a positive GD.

A high score draw would bump Paraguay ahead of Algeria and then Algeria and Austria might have a winner leaving one on 3 points.

Scotland on the cusp and are surely mathematically done.
