Shame the new laws aren't enforced yet for these playoffs as far as I'm aware - each time a Bolivian player goes down, they'd have to go off the field for 2 minutes I believe? Might be 1

They should enforce the new laws tbh. Need to fasten the game up.

The former Dutch colonies (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Indonesia, Suriname, etc) have done well recruiting diaspora unable to make the Oranje. A lot of Oranje players have been born in or descended from Suriname (Edgar Davids, Ruud Gullit, Patrick Kluivert, Frank Rijkaard, Clarence Seedorf, Virgil van Dijk, Georginio Wijnaldum, etc). Suriname only started allowing dual internationals in 2019 though.
 
The starting 11 is here!!! Angelo Fulgini makes his international debut. Born in Ivory Coast to French parents, he now plays for New Caledonia. At the club level he plays for SPL club Al-Taawoun on loan from Ligue 1 club Lens, making him by far their best player.
