FA/OFC MOU signed to grow pacific football

Should make it so OFC players don't take Visa spots (additionally maybe reduce Visa spots from 5 to 4, or no Visa for ASEAN players at a stretch)
 

so NZ A league clubs possibly in OFC Pro league instead of playing AFC competitions if you read the last part of the QandA section
Would assume the last point is more directed at say South Melbourne bidding for an OFC place then the NZ A-League clubs.

Also worth noting OFC Pro League and Oceania Champions League are different things (which is a whole other issue, regarding Club World Cup qualification). Any opportunity for NZ based clubs to play 'continental' games is probably beneficial long term though.
