Football Australia and the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

so NZ A league clubs possibly in OFC Pro league instead of playing AFC competitions if you read the last part of the QandA section

They just need to split AFC and then merge OFC with East Asia, this also makes a lot of sense

Should make it so OFC players don't take Visa spots (additionally maybe reduce Visa spots from 5 to 4, or no Visa for ASEAN players at a stretch)

Would assume the last point is more directed at say South Melbourne bidding for an OFC place then the NZ A-League clubs.

Also worth noting OFC Pro League and Oceania Champions League are different things (which is a whole other issue, regarding Club World Cup qualification). Any opportunity for NZ based clubs to play 'continental' games is probably beneficial long term though.

They should but they won't as the oil rich Arab countries have the AFC by the balls.
