I read the article earlier today, regardless of the views it’s good to get an idea into what they are thinking.

From what I’ve picked up,

The sport gets what it deserves from funding, needs to work harder to get more

They think getting rid of the state Feds is not a good idea

Wanting to bring Asian teams to compete with the best youth teams and players here

Wanting to bring in a national style of play and wanting to see habits such as winning more 50/50s (which is weird by the way), playing out from the back, more shots (what they mean by that?)

Anyway check it out when you can.

should be employing highly credentialed people from poorer countries (eg south eastern europe) instead of rejects from rich countries like UK, Netherlands and Germany to overhaul the game here. Let's be frank, the Brits(specifically the Poms) have skin in the game ensuring that doesn't progress *too much* as a nation. I assume you mention the Dutch on acccount of the whole National Curriculum shemozzle w/Rob Baan, Berger etc.
