Speaking of moving stadiums, aren’t Man United supposed to be moving from Old Trafford into a huge 100,000-seat stadium or was that just a rumour? If so and it’s in a different spot I hope they keep Old Trafford for the women’s team like Everton did with Goodison when they moved to Hill Dickinson.

Yeah it’s great because it’s still a full-capacity Premier League stadium. Most WSL teams don’t use the men’s stadium with the exception of Arsenal, Leicester and Villa. Others (except West Ham apparently) only play selected (usually major) fixtures at the men’s stadiums (e.g Chelsea played Tottenham at Stamford Bridge but usually would play at Kingsmeadow, Spurs play some other teams (usually Arsenal is one of them) at THS but otherwise we play at Brisbane Road which is Leyton Orient’s home ground). Goodison is now the third-biggest WSL stadium now after the Emirates and Villa Park.

One could almost say the women's team HAS been playing at Old Trafford the past few years. no offence meant to the women's team.. hahahahaha

Nah the women still win trophies lol. Smashed us 4–0 in the FA Cup final two seasons ago. Charli Grant came on as a sub for us, had her best mate Kyra Cooney-Cross (an Arsenal player) in the stands wearing Charli’s boyfriend’s Spurs scarf in a photo, then copped heaps of shit for it.

I still remain convinced by my earlier theory that out of all the teams in the relegation scrap, Spurs are not built for it.

They're a team of lazy pretty boys.

What Ange did there was a miracle. The 17th narrative was all bollocks as they were a mile off relegation last season and binned off the league to win silverware and get a back door entry into the Champions League.

The fans and the owners are getting their just desserts.
 
One of the things I love is how people ignore when information comes out. People keep saying the rot started with Ange. He has explicitly said that he knew he was gone by January, so had a choice to make. Either try and play on all fronts and not win anything, or win Europa. There is no point in pushing in the league when the best you can achieve is low mid table. So by forgoing the league and winning Europa, he secured them Champs League football, and a trophy.

To say he started the rot is unfair. The signings he wanted and what they got are completely different. Had he signed Semenyo, Guehi, Mbeumo and Neto, they'd be a far different team than having Solanke lead the line.

It's convenient though. At the start of the season when spurs were near the top, the ange out crowd were saying "see ange was the reason, look at how much better we are now we have a proper coach!". Now they blame it on Ange by saying he made losing the norm.
 
I can't believe how blind people are to the fact the Ange was purely focusing on winning the Europa League.

The league losses were a bit of a phenomenon but the team rotation showed the best 11 was for European games.

Its more frustrating because they say this even after the individual has come out and said the truth. Same thing happens with Ole. So many United fans are disillusioned by his tenure claiming it was the best ever and that it was the board who screwed him over. Ole has said countless times that he made the decision on Ronaldo and then they go, "what do you expect him to say, he's just protecting the club. he's a good guy".

Seriously, get over yourself.
