Ding Dong. The EU and Vatican stated 'The UN is generally assigned to deal with these things'. They've been so inept over the years that you can sense the frustration by many nations.

While it's a ludicrous membership fee club if I understand correctly, what is pocket change for the Gulf states allows them to have presence in plans of what's next.
