Suggestions Xerri has signed a 3 year deal with the Storm starting 2027.

I think that is great for him and OK for the Dogs.

Against the Tits 1-2 of the trys they scored were from him rushing in a missing a tackle.

Definately on the right I prefer Tuala and Critter in defence.

Along with Tracey and Sua he was also shaky in defence on the left in a couple of games.

If we need to bring him on again, we should slot him in a left centre, or left wing.

First 40 mins against the Tits was some of the best footy we have played. But we dropped back a few gears, dropped a bit of ball and were a bit sloppy in defence in the second half.

Tits do compete for the full 80, they will learn from that game and will win a few more.

Bottom of the 8 should be theur target next season.

Last night’s victory was impressive! I noticed several players had blood on their faces, which shows they were willing to put their bodies on the line for the team. Tracey’s effort to save that try was commendable.

The Broncos seem to be struggling for 2026, while the Storm are still in the mix. If we can secure wins against the Raiders and Tigers after the bye, we’ll definitely be eyeing a spot in the top 8!

Broncos a few lapses against the Chooks bit lot of energy and effort.

If the lose against the Sharrks, they are done.

Otherwise they might win a few and go close.

Looking at the ladder we are 10th. We need to rely on winning our games to stay ahead of 11th-17th.

I don't think we can finish top 4, Penrith have the wobbles, but i don't think the top 4 will drop too many games.

We are hoping 5-9 lose, especially 7-9, Sharks, Knights and Cows.

We need the top 4 and 11th-17th to take wins off 7-9.

Regards, if we keep winning, it should work out.

Reserve grade won 64-10 against week oppositin.

Good performances from most of the tesm, especially Conti, Cocherane, Spinks, Todd and Sua.

Flegg won 28-18 after trail 4-12 after 20 mine.

We are building momentum and improving players in the lower grades.

Knights / Tigers game was rubbish and the Dragons / Raiders game sounds like it was poor.

We hsve things to work on, seems like we are in better form that the Raiders and aTigers.

For the Raiders, we could try Burto at 5/8, Xerri at left centre and starting Critter on the bench.

Or we could try Readon at right centre, and switch Tuala to the left?

One final SOO game to go.

I'm not keen on trying SOS as a starting 5/8.

Critter will probably play and start against the Raiders, he usally backs up.

Looking at the rest of the season
Canberra - opportunity to score
Tigers - opportunity.
Warriors - tough game.
Storm - opportunity
Roosters - tough
Souths - tough
Dragons - opportunity
Penrith - rest players?
Broncos - opportuniy

Opportunities are becuase the season is over for that team, or better still they reaise that game is ending their season.

Canberra / Tigers are games where we can end their season and they will know that halfway through the game,

We can't afford to lose to Canberra or the Tigers or we could be walking the tightrope where on game can end the season,

Canberra will be desperate and fresh after the bye, their young spine might crumble under pressure.

Keep the Curran / Critter combo on the left, start Salmon on the right and bring Presto on when needed, or late if we are going well.

If we can qualify for the 8, we can put a great line up on the paddock at full strength.

The opportunity starts with Canberra and Tigers.

I think we can win 1-2 of the tough games, we can afford to lose 3 games and will probably lose 2.

We can't afford to lose any of the easier games.

No games are actually easy, but sometimes the last 20 mins is easy and an opportunity to score points.

Mitch Woods back in reserve grade next game.

My bench for a full stregth side.

14. Salmon
15. Hughes
16. Toups
17. Kicks

19. Woods/Conti
20. Dykes/Cocherane

If we can make the 8 and field this side, we can beat anyone.

The loss to the Tigers is the game that is costing us so far.

WIns in the next 2 games will cancel that out.

We did play well and we did get some bad luck, and a few dud ref calls

It was the Tigers GF, they were pumped for that game, but we were surpsingly out played in some aspects.

Our team seems to be much better now, but Toups was massive in that game.

The next 2 games will hopefully confirm that we are back as a real contender.

Next few games for the Panthers also interesting, they have lost 2 in a row.

Roosters and the Phins have a lot of attack, and pretty good defence, but the comp winner could still be a surprise.

Manly are a contender and we played well against them.

If we are down 24-0 after 30 mins we need to use Woods and Dkyes instead of Salmon and Hughes.

If Woods can play some minutes at hooker/lock/fullback, he could add a lot to our side off the bench. He can play halfback on the left and right side.

Dykes can play 5/8 left side and fullback.

Be great to flog the Tigers starting to become one of my most hated teams . . Flukes 2005 and but basically did Jack all for the last 25 years .
Good to see Galvin getting recognition for Origin development that will rile people up .
His due to have a big one against the Tiggers ..
we keep winning the chance will go into the top eight. I think you're right sometimes are starting to wobble a bit.

seems that some teams are beginning to show signs of instability. The Panthers, in particular, may be nearing the end of their dominance, especially considering the ongoing contract negotiations that seem to be impacting several players. The decision to drop To.o is a significant move and reflects the challenges the team is facing.
They still will be a force rest of the season but others are closing in .

It is funny the switch to fewer 6-agains and McLean being out may be factors for the Panthers.

Cows played well and were pumped up to honor big JT.

After looking at the team lists I think Souths can beat the Panthers. If it happens, it will be 3 losses in a row.

I agree that we owe the Tigers a flogging, Galvin will be pumped.

Raiders game similar to the Tits, good team with some dangerous attacking players, young inexperienced spine, defence can be suspect.

Top defensive sides this season in order, Panthers, Manly, Warriors, Dogs.

Dogs and Manly big improvers in recent weeks.

Some of our better attack also in recent weeks.

We look nothing like the side that played rounds 7-11, shame that we couldn't turn it around earlier. But 2 wins Canberra & TIgers can put it right.

It seems now it's a week to week results nothing is certain . Anyone can beat anyone now we're getting towards that time of the year but I think the good sides are starting to get more solid. Tigers loss tonight did not help their cause . Few key players injured now .
We should put away the Raiders and Tiggers next two games : Just play simple mistake free footy like we have the last two games . Keep up with the defence :

Ah well that's the Gronks gone for this year we have moved up to 10th : Souffs, Sea birds two teams that could drop out .

I was hoping that the Broncos would best teams like the Sharks as it would make it easier for us to climb the table.

If we win our games, the ladder position should work itself out.
