Starting 11th August 2025 there will be an increase in our subscription plans:

The monthly plan will change from $14.99 to $15.99.
The annual plan will change from $149.99 to $159.99, offering continued great value for year-round sports action.

It starts with $1 a month. It's nothing in the small scheme of things, but when every service is raising prices, it all adds up. Half the time, services are upping their prices but not really offering much more. I'm lucky to get Bein for free.

I'm pleasantly surprised German sky have the EFL included this season and have gotten back Friday Bundesliga games. There have been small shifts in price but they're trying to offset some of their other packages too.

What starts as ease of access with many of these streams turns into an expansion with expensive pundits and shows which I think a lot of people don't care for. DAZN has gone this way and they've made a billion in losses.

BEIN seems to be coming to an end in some markets but their ME home must be their cash cow.

Like dazn coverage of club world cup, they had a billion pounds invested by Saudi to start to rival bein

Bit like Amazon at start. Not profiting but backers throwing money into it.

Broadcasting laws make it tricky but a seamless stream service fairly priced to the masses would be too easy.

The monthly price for these services is generally cheaper than a family meal out so they frame it that you get tonnes of entertainment for a whole 4 weeks compared to a few plates of food.

I've noticed uber have increase pricing over the last 6 months.

My usually $20 Fridays trip is now ~$24....

Everything is going up!

yep won't stop going up but we're ok we have Albo.

I don't think Labor or LNP are going to do anything. LNP would be worse to be fair, but both parties are so entrenched in systemic financial gain that they benefit more from a higher cost of living. We foot the bill for their benefit.

We need to get in more minors and politicians who actually do things, and not beholden to lobby groups
