Capital punishment for homosexuals in the Gaza Strip has been enforced by multiple governments, militaries, and irregular militias under Sharia Law throughout the area's history including Hamas's tenure....

I'm not. Your point is moot in the context of a genocide. I've also stated that the solution is a two state solution. Not a state in which Hamas has control.

You are stuck on your own little battle because by acknowledging the genocide, it means you side with those people who protest in the streets, and you can't do that. So, you are deflecting with a strawman.

Also, what about the connection that the Palestinians have to the land? Are they not entitled to live in their homeland in peace? To be treated with dignity?

How far do we want to go back in history because the world would like very different. If we want to go back 2000 years, we will have a big problem.

This is probably the most sensible of solutions. However it's probably unachievable. A voluntary, substantial surrender of power by Hamas, in Gaza anyway seems highly unlikely.....

There are two reasons for this.

Firstly the more moderate Palestinian Authority don't impose Sharia Law in the West Bank in the same manner as the ultra conservative Hamas do in Gaza. And Hamas would require that in a newly created Palestinian State.

And if an election was held to vote for government then Hamas would win just like they did in the last Gaza election in 2006 anyway.

Hamas will always have the numbers to win an election in a new Palestine.

And secondly Hamas would not want to give up sucking on the juicy mango that is aid money from UNRWA.

The fancy apartments in Dubai and Doha for the Hamas hierarchy would be gone and they wouldn't be able to continue with the tunnel building projects or are they building a metro? A metro?? A fucken metro??? lol 🤣

No they're never giving up UNWRA!

Do you have evidence of the doctrine supporting forced marriages for 12 and 13 years?

So, hypothetically. A two state solution is agreed. Palestine has its own state. It holds an election. Hamas wins a democratic election. You would not agree with it? Good to know. No matter what you think of them, if in a two state solution the people elect them, that's not your concern.

Marriage is allowed under Sharia Law once the girl reaches puberty.

If a girl as young as 12, 13 or any age up to 16 is going to be married to an adult male then that is, as far as I'm concerned forced.

If the marriages are consummated then that is statutory rape but under Sharia Law if the girl has reached puberty it's not.
