This housing hysteria is on constant repeat.

Prices surge, politicians promise fixes, tweaks spark 'crash' headlines and we get these nonsensical partisan screaming matches across the political spectrum and their respective media lackeys. Then it stabilises or rebounds. We've seen this same cycle for decades—supply shortages and rates drive it far more than any single reform. I told you. I've been a Sydney FC fan since 2004. Never bothered with the old NSL as there was no team in my local area. Had a casual interest in Northern Spirit in the late 90's but that was it.
