Lets see MLS 30 teams vs A-League 12. The MLS allow an extra 3 players compared to teh AL. Yes, there would be more opportunities.

He’s 2006-born so would be part of the upcoming Olyroos generation, as the Young Socceroos have now moved on to 2007-born and younger.
He mentions in the article that he wants to play for Australia, and even calls out the fact that he wants to be called up for the Olyroos.
Can’t hurt to bring him into an upcoming camp and take a look at him. Unless Vidmar has any other sons he wants to call up instead.

I'm perfectly fine with them taking there time
If we make the next olympics, we automatically qualify for the home tournament and for the first period in oz history have regular olympics, asian cup and world cup tournaments to drive interest in the game

Olyroos would qualify for the Brisbane 2032 football tournament anyway as hosts regardless of how qualifying for LA 2028 pans out though.
