Thing is, Leverkusen are famous for attacking football. The slight issue is they've already achieved a lot in the past few years. Ange is one for lifting teams and their current dip, albeit small, may warrant his services but it's also something they've seen before.

Totally agree with this. He'll probably take a club job somewhere but I also wouldn't be surprised if he sits this season out and puts his hand up for the England manager job next season providing England don't win WC26.

They are in a dip I believe. I saw an image where 8 or 9 of the league winning side are gone. Seems to be a regen moment for them.

They won the league and cup double in 23/24 and were runners up in the league last season. They're only 2 games in to this season. Pretty impressive for a club that's famous for not winning trophies.

Could also potentially go to Man United, Nottingham Forest or West Ham as all three of those clubs are poised to sack their current managers.
 
I would honestly rather him at any other club in world football - almost every coach and player that has set foot in that club since Ferguson has failed.

Also as a Liverpool fan the confliction would be too much to bear!

Yeah John Iredale has been on socials a little more lately which suggests a bit of down time.

6 days ago he posted rehab after a calf tear. Was doing K2 with ease and now this...

Currently 6th with teams 2-5 playing off for promotion.
