No McGree for Middlesbrough but not listed as injured.
I think Middlesbrough are probably rotating the playing list which is good for Riley McGree because he'll be able to get some much-needed rest after starting their last five league matches and we don't want to risk any injuries during the run home this close to the World Cup.

Agree that it is a massive match in terms of promotion permutations for Middlesbrough but the last thing we want is for Riley McGree to get injured and miss the rest of the campaign including the playoffs and the World Cup.

Obviously we want the lads to be right for the socceroos but I think we want the players to be successful at their clubs as well

Joe Gauci starts between the sticks for Port Vale in their League One game against Wigan Athletic. Raphael Borges Rodrigues starts for Wigan Athletic. Tyrese Francois not in the matchday squad altogether for Wigan Athletic.

German sky switched their broadcast method from cable to internet meaning very few things can be recorded, paused or rewound. Thankfully Bundesliga can and I can see Leonard's minutes.

Meanwhile EPL can be recorded so I can't channel surf to check back on goals. Ridiculous.

Leonard in midfield. Sprints towards opponent in the own half and sort of airswings his tackle which allows the ball the be moved and a goal ensues 7 seconds later.

Next he gets a hospital pass and then slides in to win the ball. Gets dribbled around in midfield a minute later. He's playing as a 6 alone and was able to play a few touches around.

Presses hard again to be rounded. Slightly distant and casual allowing the opponent to thread a ball into the box. I don't know whether the coach will scrutinise these scene's so much as he's more out there to get a feel for the pitch again.
