I was at Carlisle Sutton today in the 5th tier. Steven Hall needs a loan to at least this level. Senior football and some toughing up.

Age grade football is a total waste of time after about 18.

I was surprised how fit the Sutton players were for the 5th tier 19th placed side. This kid in midfield, Ronny Ruiz looked slick. The mistakes kicked in and Carlisle capitalised.

The A League is immensely better but there were a few players out there with smarts.
