Good to see Circati finally back from injury for Parma in their Serie A game against Fiorentina and being given the captaincy for his first game back as well.

Circati relying a lot on his positioning at the moment and keeping things pretty safe and simple. He looks like he’s being careful when sprinting and he’s trying to avoid having to turn and chase down opponents. He’s a little slow and tentative with the sprinting and cutting at the moment. That being said, he’s so good at closing down space in front of him so he doesn’t need to turn and sprint. He’s blocked one shot already and has pressed the attackers towards other defenders a couple of times too.
