So frustrating to see Boro just put it into the box when McGree is in handy near cutback positions. The crosses are decent but the box is crowded.

McGree is excellent at making himself available after a ball into the box is cleared. He'll always be hovering while the dust in the 6 yard box is still settling.

Two moments in two minutes by McGree where he receives the ball in the pocket and can feed it through. Two half chances for Boro.

If our mids just pass it back the McGree won't be able to do anything and taking the long ball down by Circati in much more difficult.

Absolutely cursed. McGree sitting down pondering whether he may even be able to continue but there's so much at stake here. The trainer is treating him and McGree now painfully standing up. Get him off regardless.

McGree walks off to be subbed. Down the tunnel. Could've happened any time but so close until the end of the season. His body language isn't very good but we can only hope it's a minor thing and he can get treated.

If he's available for the Paraguay game he still goes. Leckie missed the entire Asian Cup ground staged injured.

There's no negligence or anything there for McGree getting injured. Just rotten luck and timing. No way Boro would've subbed him off yet in this playoff final. Can only hope they check and there's nothing too bad and he can feature in some part of the world cup.
