Aussies abroad 🌍🦘

Max Balard's NAC Breda and Ajdin Hrustić's Heracles Almelo's path to staying up in the Eredivisie (two teams go down):

* League positions: Telstar (16th, 16 points), NAC Breda (17th, 15 points), Heracles Almelo (18th, 14 points)
* Heracles Almelo's February league games: Feyenoord away (Aussie derby tonight!), Fortuna Sittard at home, NEC Nijmegen away, NAC Breda at home (Aussie derby!), Go Ahead Eagles away
* NAC Breda's February league games: Twente at home, Excelsior at home, Heracles Almelo away (Aussie derby!), Volendam at home, Telstar away
* Telstar's February league games: AZ Alkmaar at home, PEC Zwolle away, Go Ahead Eagles away, Twente at home, Feyenoord away, NAC Breda at home

Jordy Bos' Feyenoord will be second and with a direct Champions League spot if they win or draw tonight but are way off PSV Eindhoven who are first by a whopping 16 points (Ajax are second). PSV have basically won the Eredivisie already so not really any point in me looking at Feyenoord's path to the title.

Cam Peupion's ADO Den Haag are currently top of the Eerste Divisie by two points.

Miller got Blackburn's goal v Watford. Nestory rated 3rd best on the pitch by BBC but seems to polarise the Watford fans.
For an alternate opinion to that of the BBC's, see Irankunda's ratings on Sofascore (6.2), FotMob (6.1) and Flashscore (6.6), all of which have him at or near the bottom of their ratings of the Watford players. No wonder fans opinions are polarised!

Obviously Devlin isn't playing right now but really big game for Hearts tonight against Celtic. Currently 6 points ahead which could extend to 9 points if results go their way.
No doubt tonights game could prove pivotal in the shaping of the season.

Lose and you can see Celtic hitting form and Hearts doing the opposite.

Win and the belief explodes and all of a sudden every opponent seems beatable.

I suspect relegation is worse for hrustic than balard who probably gets signed by another eredivisie club

often younger players are the ones getting picked up when a team gets relegated

Segecic with the pinpoint corner that leads to a scramble and a goal for Portsmouth. He seems to be the designated corner taker on both sides.

He's absolutely wrecked by the end though. Did a lot of high pressing.
Post world cup and easy replacement for Goodwin for set plays but I'd be taking both to the world cup. Spots are getting tight but we can trim elsewhere easily.
