Yep the days pre random breath testing might I add.
Drove like you stole it, cops didn't take your license off you, had a chat if your lucky you got to drive away.
Good cop bad cop.
Nights at Bondi Lifesaver (watch Rose Tattoo live and all the bikies around heavy as), Coogee Bay - when we ventured over the other side, drive home omg.
Used to hit a local pub our side Friday nights, get smashed 50c schooners, decide to load the surfboards on the racks head down to Ulladulla - all OTT drunk as, don't know how we survived but those angles sure did look over us.

No cops either LFC. I had my license on me. Still they only had to check the blake fluid cylinder to see I was no hoon out on a joyride.

Coogee Bay
Frequented the pub often with mates. Drunk many a 50c schooner and ate plenty of $5 counter lunches. Then either before or after we'd head across to the beach to soak up some rays while checking out the chicks before being dumped by huge waves then back to the chicks. Those were the days..

When on the original JJ was brilliant - sharp as.
I saw his young side kick honoured whilst the wife watched the Logies - Andrew the Boy Genius Denton.
Doug used to bounce off him heaps.
Norman Gunstan ! the aussie bleeder when earlier mention of Les Pattison.

Some of you are prob too young but when Hoges broke through his show was funny as, Delvene omg.

On a side - Hamish/Blake, real tryhards for me, Andy Lee, wanka - soz to anyone hahaha
