All holidays are pretty weird when you think about it. On Christmas we get presents and apparently Jesus was born then (he wasn’t). On Halloween we give kids dressed in costumes lollies and chocolates from houses decorated like they’re haunted. On Valentine’s Day we give our lovers nice things yet really we should be nice to them daily. On Day of the Dead people leave out photos and food for the spirits of the deceased. Even birthdays are days we get presents just for turning a year older!
