IN Australia mate... there are ONLY 10 professional teams that can hoover up the talent.. IN the UK, Some kid in the Cardiff academy isnt going to necessarily get poached by Swansea for example are they?

Yeah especially in the women's game. More so before than now, but before the current WSL season Man City and Man U did a player swap (City got Grace Clinton, United got Jess Park). Milly Boughton (an English-born Aussie, now playing for Hibs) played for the academies of West Ham, Spurs AND Arsenal.
