A-League Mens 25/26 - Round 10

Can the barmy army come every week? They've been brilliant. Need to organize the calendar so that all sydney clubs get a home game during the sydney test
The APL absolutely has to get serious about this in years to come; ensure there are Test-concurrent ALM matches in every 🇦🇺 Ashes-host city, w/ticket discounts for our 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 friends in the Barmy Army. There’s literally no chance of ballsing that up if it’s actually committed to💡

seems a pretty easy layup. 100 little ideas like that and things can quickly look very different

A lot of positive comments from Barmy Army guys about the matches. I'm not used to it, usually the socials are infested with negativity from Australians.

To the extent that it is, anyway; their ⚽️ scene’s undergoing another rough-patch w/the next ISL season supposedly being cancelled😞
does make it more plausible that the a league ship doesn't get through these rocky seas....

A hundred or two Barmies show up at an A League game, and everyone has an orgasm. Doesn't even begin to make up for the many thousands of pom migrants and expats who came here over the years and took no interest in local football.

There’s a bit of a lengthy thread on #SokkahTwitter about that actually:

If Victory cant break the cycle of only filling 1/3 of AAMI Park now that they're winning then you'd say its at a point of no return in Melbourne. Have to get around 14-15k against Perth.

Australian football has a pathetic need for validation from people who are either actively hostile towards it or don't give a flying fuck.
