I keep forgetting to post after watching the matches but WHAT A TOURNAMENT!

Malawi continue the fairytale by knocking out Algeria 3–1, while Cameroon beat hosts and favourites Morocco 3–1 on penalties after a 1–1 draw!

Ghana beat Ivory Coast 2–1 and in a shock, South Africa beat Nigeria by the same scoreline. This means that Ghana and South Africa will be in the interconfederation playoffs, while Ivory Coast and Nigeria have been eliminated.

This is the first time in history that Nigeria's Super Falcons, 10-time WAFCON winners and ranked 36th in the world, have failed to qualify for the Women's World Cup.
 
Algeria take the lead in the shootout! Morocco missed a penalty in the last kick of the game that could’ve won it.
 
AND IT’S OVER! Algeria win 4–3 on pens to secure their best ever finish at the WAFCON!
 
CAMEROON ARE CHAMPIONS!

Cameroon clinched their first WAFCON title after three previous attempts, defeating débutants Malawi 3–0 in the final. It ends in heartbreak for Malawi who came so far in their fairytale run, but it’s just the beginning for them. And for Cameroon, this should be the beginning of a bright new chapter.
