2025–26 A-League Women — regular season matches

Leia Varley has secured a move to the Frauen-Bundesliga, moving from Brisbane Roar to 1. FC Nurnberg with immediate effect for a significant undisclosed fee. She becomes the second A-League Women player to secure an overseas move on transfer deadline day after Annalise Rasmussen was transferred to Juventus on Italian deadline day.
Three Aussies moving in one day, wow! She's pretty good so that's a solid signing!
 
Charlotte Lancaster and Pia Vlok have been named in the New Zealand squad for OFC World Cup qualifiers in the February-March international window, with both making their debuts as part of the Football Ferns squad following remarkable form in A-League Women for Newcastle Jets and Wellington Phoenix respectively.

Ellie Wilson forced off in the eighth minute of second half stoppage time for Melbourne City with injury and replaced by Kaya Jugovic.
