Didn't watch the game but just saw the goals on the news. The Jets 3 goals came from 2 wicked deflections and a keeper error. Was the score reflective of dominance as Nomates suggested? Some really bad finishing from both sides, but shit, we should have banked a heap of goals today, but we still have a negative goal difference. As for the Nix, I would get rid of Eze before the coach, find a goal scorer
I'd be curious to hear their opinion on why they aren't goingUsually sit with a group of around 15 or so at Victory games on the second tier, collection of friends/cousins..etc. Only 3 were there last night, big relevance problems for the a-league atm

It did.Reported crowd at Parramatta was 4,652, looked a hellava lot more than that.
I'm expecting City to improve on the AL ladder after a bit of a break from the ACL.Perth looked better then wanderers and Brisbane I think they will be up there this season.
Sydney and Auckland looking like the top two teams
Welcome to the forum, TB.TAB odds for today's game are Nix $2.50, Draw $3.70 Jet $2.50.
Looking forward to this one, could go either way now.
I would have hoped for more at both.6,689 @ Perth

Haven't seen Nix play for a while.Nix so woeful, Jets the much better side - just don’t know how we can keep, playing this high press and get done every time for it. We keep playing like this the. We will be down there with Adelaide fighting for the spoon.
It is more a clear mental change in the way we play our whole game now.I don't think that BR lost their mojo. The other clubs are paying them more respect, hence their games are harder. And I think that everyone knows who Lucas Herrington is now. Of course once he departs, BR's defence will collapse because neither Bility nor Valkranis are up to it. Bility is just not AL level.
Not good, but a comparison to the NRL, who have an average attendance of 12,720 form 1957-2025. That is not overly great, despite the media coverage that they receive, but they keep rolling on. Too many doomsayers follow football in this country.Attendances are rapidly adding up to spell Crisis.
The figures are really, really concerning.
I have no idea how the APL turns this around but we are rapidly approaching dying days of NSL Territory.

and this is based on one roundIts not doomsday, its reality.
The average attendance of the A leagues men this season will be close to half that number you have quoted there.
Season | Total Attendance (Rounds 1-8, Approx) | Percentage Change (from previous season) | Total H/A |
| 2025-26 | 355,847 | 5.89 % (decrease from 2024-25) | 1397094 |
| 2024-25 | ~378,223 | 13.5% (increase from 2023-24) | 1485093 |
| 2023-24 | ~296,000 | N/A | 1308288 |
A mix of they couldn't be stuffed or comittments around this time generallyI'd be curious to hear their opinion on why they aren't going
