Which is why Australia needs to just pepper their box with shots and crosses as a lot of errors and deflections occur. Two howlers from Oman's keeper, two goals. Hasn't read those balls at all.

Great graphic - is a bit out of date I think though for Africa?

Decided to do a little "Who can guarantee qualification by the end of the window" scenario:
AFC (last day of Fourth Round - final direct spots)
- UAE will qualify with at least a draw against Qatar
- Qatar will qualify with victory over UAE
- Saudi Arabia will qualify with at least a draw against Iraq
- Iraq will qualify with victory over Iraq
CAF (last day of regular group play)
- Egypt has qualified
- Senegal will qualify with at least a draw against Mauritania - or a loss under certain circumstances
- DR Congo will qualify with a victory over Sudan, and a Senegal loss - with an 8 goal turnaround
- Benin will qualify with a victory over Nigeria. There are other scenarios too, but will look at them with the other nations.
- South Africa will qualify with a victory over Rwanda AND a Nigeria victory over Benin, OR in the event Nigeria and Benin draw, will need to defeat Rwanda by 2 goals or more.
- Nigeria will qualify with a victory of 2 goals or more over Benin AND South Africa failing to defeat Rwanda.
- Cape Verde will qualify with a victory over Eswatini. A draw will also suffice, if Cameroon fail to defeat Angola
- Cameroon will qualify with a victory over Angola AND Cape Verde failing to defeat Eswatini.
- Morocco has qualified
- Ivory Coast will qualify with a victory over Kenya, OR a draw provided Gabon fail to defeat Burundi.
- Gabon will qualify with a victory over Burundi, AND Ivory Coast fail to defeat Kenya. A Gabon - Burundi draw can see them qualify, IF Ivory Coast also are defeated by 12 goals.
- Algeria has qualified
- Tunisia has qualified
- Ghana will qualify with at least a draw against Comoros. A loss against Comoros will only see them fail to qualify if Madagascar defeats Mail AND an 8 goal turnaround
UEFA (only groups that can have a guaranteed qualification this week)
- Group B
- Switzerland can qualify with a victory over Slovenia AND Kosovo failing to defeat Sweden
- Group D
- France can qualify with a victory over Iceland AND Ukraine failing to defeat Azerbaijan
- Group F
- Portugal can qualify with a victory over Hungary AND Armenia failing to defeat Republic of Ireland
- Group K
- England can qualify with a victory over Latvia
