Still a chance if we win both October friendlies to move above Ecuador and South Korea into 23rd but that would rely on other results going our way also, including the USA winning their friendly against Ecuador before the game against the Socceroos in addition to South Korea's games against Brazil and Paraguay.
 
I think that they are updated most months, after international breaks. I assume that November match days will be included too.

New Zealand are playing Ecuador in November.
 
At some point a computer will be able to break down certain group combinations. Most will still be possible but after a few balls are drawn it narrows a lot. It was disappointing getting France and Denmark again. It's nice to face different teams at world cups.

Knock on effect which means NZ should be in pot 5, right? Just don't bother turning up. The players might fall asleep from a lack of atmosphere from their own fans.
 
Ecuador draw with Paraguay and beat Argentinian as World Cup Qlfys points are higher then friendly's so already they would be ahead of Australia on the FIFA rankings. Cum October and November windows Ecuador a playing games against teams they will beat easy which will def put the Socceroo's in pot 3, and with the losses coming up against the USA and Canada I can see Australia being dicked into pot 4.

FIFA have confirmed that starting from next season, the international breaks in September and October will be combined into a single break from September 21 to October 6.

Well, there's your 3 times capped issue solved.

With up to 4 matches being available in this expanded window it allows for mini tournaments of 4 teams to be organised when qualifiers aren't on the schedule which will be the case in 2026 and maybe 2027 as well.

That's perfect for our purposes. We should organise and host a tournament. We could dictate who comes and cap some of our dual nationals at the same time.

Just like I said, Ecuador has replaced the shockeroos at 24 in the lastest FIFA rankings dropping them out of pot 2. Looks like we r stuck in pot 3 going into the World Cup, def get a group of death.

I’m not anti Socceroos, just stating facts, there is no way we get into pot 2 now. As for the NSL I’ve went to a few matches live but never really followed 1 club. Just enjoyed wot was on offer at the time.
