Agree. If some of our players have plans to play in the A League, then these are the matches that they need to play well and impress.

The odds are against us. Football logic dictates this should be a tough match but Adelaide has the quality to prevail. This will be the last hard hit out for Adelaide United before its AFC Champions League match at Hindmarsh Stadium next week.

If there ever was a time to defeat Adelaide United, tonight is that time as they are still in preseason mode. We need our defence to absorb an enormous amount of pressure and our midfield needs to provide sufficient coverage to the defensive line. Players such as Uchida and Yoo need to create real headaches for the Adelaide defence, and Juach must score.

A win tonight would be one for the ages, but a lot needs to go our way for it to happen.
