He can do what he wants but he’s an idiot driving if he’s done some sniffers.

Also getting caught twice. Calls into account his decision making and why so many people had a problem with him

You can bet the sample is going to come back positive from the lab.
 
The drink spiking angle is worse than the dog ate my homework.

It’s embarrassing.

Yeah someone went out one night and thought ‘I’m going to buy a bag, and track down volpato through osmosis. I’m then going to get close enough to him at whatever places he’s at (of course I will get in even though I’m a tip rat), and he’s going to leave his drink. I’m then doing to sprinkle some dust in there unnoticed. I am then going to hope he gets caught twice by police going 50 over the limit so they do a drug test. It’s a crazy plan but it might just work’

I mean I reckon it's bullshit too but thats one wild hypothetical. Coulda just been a 'mate' egging the night on rather than some plan to get him busted.
 
I think it would be hard to get pathology turned around as quickly as happened for the private test. If its a store bought test or a laboratory that doesn't have the same accreditation as that used by police, that defence will break apart pretty quickly. I hope I'm wrong and he's done nothing wrong but something doesn't add up to me.

i thought the negative test was a urine test?

I heard urine test and immediately thought piss on a stick. Yeah maybe they got a random drug tester sports style to do it. I'd think turning the results around quickly for that would be unlikely though because they'd still go to pathology.
