I only know the ones that wouldnt make grand statements and then do the opposite.... what i know further is ghat prick wouldve celebrated it if he scored at lakeside... other than that good on him

Shouldve just told us im done and moving on and thats it... no one would say anything... he will fit right in there till he doesnt and they get something better...i dont want to see him at south again though (personal preference) .. not excusing the wnkrs on the balcony but it really shouldve been juve or nothing in his case!

See I dont understand that why would Juve be any better? If he went to Juve it would have been a full transfer and he would have helped them get promoted then what?

Anyway I like the kid, not gonna hide it, and think it was a stupid move to kick him out to feed the ego of one man and his son. Dont listen to the song and dance about how clever we are because we loaned him out or the malarky about needing the visa spot (from what i know Yoo and Juach are both Aussie)

Ok so Preston out, Knights and Bergers cant afford it, Adelaide Juve and Hellas can't afford it and nobody from Perth is interested.. What do you want to do wait till Oakleigh and Matt Windlys Australian Wrexham are ready before we have a full home and away comp??
 
Dont think we will ever have a proper nst. The current championship format is as good as its gonna get and it doesnt require Preston to be a success, they didnt even make it out of the group stage last year.

We also dont need Prestons gate, any money you make off them is offset by security costs and the bullshit that follows. The club should have dug its heels and pushed for a make up later in the season, we knew we were gonns bugger all on a Saturday, Preston at most loses 20 fans to lalor sloga so it doesnt affect them.

Fair enough play on.. fold the whole thing for all I care... Sick of worrying about getting to a better place if nobody else seems to want to.. Fuck it Im happy with 300 people at Lakeside on a sunny Sunday arvo.

I dont agree with the notion that we need Preston to be bigger than what we are. We are a much bigger national club than them.

Of course we are and I dont think we need Preston either but we DO need clubs that will attract enough sponsorship and fan support to get an NST launched. Lose Preston and we are left with what, Us, Marconi and Sydney United? The rest are running on best intentions...

Massive matches coming up. In order to continue the positive momentum over the last few weeks, wins against Oakleigh and Adelaide United are non-negotiable. That buys Sinisa time to have the new player signings fully embedded into his playing style and ensure they are fully match fit.

We get a relatively easy home match against St Albans Dinamo at Lakeside, and then the last 3 matches are just insane - Heidelberg, Melbourne City Youth, and CS George Cross.

To get a NSD up and running we need 8-10 strong clubs. We want to be the only Greek-backed team from Melbourne in the NSD. Having Preston, Avondale, and either a Melbourne Knights/CS George Cross/Hume City as the fourth Victorian team is plenty. Then you get 4 other clubs from NSW (Marconi, Sydney United, Wollongong, APIA), and a team from Adelaide and Brisbane.

To kill off Preston opens the door to other clubs that may be much weaker, or it reduces the pool of available clubs that can step up. I'm just thinking more long-term.

I can watch football quite well anywhere, whether that is at a hostile Preston or at a library like your ground. The bleating of children and poorly written "banners' dont bother me, if anything it adds to the atmosphere.

If there is a chance the Preston Boys can cost Preston points and help soilidify our position in the top 6 I absolutely DO NOT want them banned.. In fact they should be encouraged to lean deeper into their Aleague roots.

Luckily clubs are speaking out and working together with South Melbourne on this, i believe including my club.
