With the pen is there a chance that’s handball or nah? Seemed pretty low below the shoulder (no idea what the exact thing is)

Maybe looking at it again, I don't think they would have given it though if that was the only infringement. Anyway Digne striking the leg like that made it cut & dried.
 
Quite a few claims for handball. Comes in and uses part of arm to contact the ball. Digne with a stupid airswing.
 
Curious what the handball rule is. Changes too often for me to be able to keep up. Hits Yamal's arm before he was brought down for the penalty but his arm is close to his body.
 
The French centre backs are wank. Upamecano is so overrated and is a Bundesliga only hype while Lacroix is as slow as a fridge.

While the penalty was set up he was clearly losing control. Massive occasion. Need some of the biggest names out there from UEFA or South America or one who has the big game experience.
