Nah,.. treatment program just confirms he is injured .. even if they know he misses 1 week he still hopes they beat Australia and he tries to get back the next week.

I have never heard of a player with a hamstring injury that is seen on scans play the next week, so I would say the odds are against him playing.

Slight favourites. The odds for this game are the closest of any of the sixteen Round of 32 games. Plus that is in the context that our opponent was favourite in all 3 group games and we still got 4 points and broken even essentially with 1W, 1D, 1L and 2-2 goals for/against.

I just do not understand the idea of floating corners to the far post. Just hit them hard to a spot with Harry attacking it.

We had yhree set pieces attacking threats with herrington on as well as irvine

Frustrating the deliveries were so bad, if we get good at set pieces we are a real chance at the asian cup

Marmoush hasn't played too much yet and hasn't had the biggest of performances. Hopefully that trend continues. Egypt interestingly swapped both centre backs against Iran with one coming off after 13min.

I will adjust down from strong to clear favourite haha. We are still not expected to win.

The real lesson is with a 5.7% margin is never gamble with sports betting companies. Taking the absolute piss.

Take it one game at a time, definitely can beat Egypt if we show up, and though I think it's very unlikely we beat Argentina in the RO16, I think it's possible, crazier things have happened. If any team is going to finally do it, it's this team.

After a relatively decent tournament in Qatar, the AFC has really underperformed here.

West Asia in particular are really dogshite aren't they? For all their protestations and how they effectively run the Confed, the keys need to be handed over to East Asia/Pacific.
