Pulisic is genuinely frightening and they have serious pace but the usa loom really vulnerable

Usa have serious speed, able to get behind even against teams sitting deep

Need to get pressure on those through balls to cut them off at their source
 
USA are captaining Tim Ream, to the dismay of the USMNT fans, he is old and slow and an offence of Volpato, Irankunda, Bos and Toure can really hurt this USMNT defence.

Pulisic performed better today, but he is been pretty poor for the USMNT and at club level for a while now. In big moments, he still could be their best player.

That has been the discussion for the USA/AUS game, whether or not we can prevent their speed. That's why Burgess is an obvious weak-link against the US, we need speed at the back. One ball over the top and they will cook us. The other talking point is whether or not the US will over exert in attack and if they can prevent our fast counter-attack.
 
So the USA hate being run at by the looks and are shaky in possession at the back. Start Volapto against Turkey then bring him off the bench against the USA. Irankunda and Mabil to start against USA and just have them run at the and hassle. Tell Mabil he's got 55min to empty the tank.
