Talay is not a bad coach, look with the Nix he had a tight budget and was force to play kids amd did well, at SFC they gave him to much free will with a big budget amd he didn’t deliever. I think he can change the toxic atmosphere at WSW and if the club forces him to play kids I believe WSW will be in the top 6 next season.Wanderer's have been a toxic swap of poor administration and management for a very long time. If they think they're being clever by approaching Talay I assume halfway during the season and "poaching" him from Sydney they're now looking like chumps. Talay's management of youth and man management in general is looking really bad now. The players were jack of him and now it looks like PK"s gruff exterior masks a genunine concern for the welfare of his players and a desire to play youth. And look where they are now. Looks like Sydney FC management vindicated once again, on top of the general bad vibe the season was turning into as soon as they found out he was negotiating with the WSW, they told him to fuck off straight away.
I’m being optimistic for the deadbeat club in WSW but I think with the low crowds amd ooor performances it’s time to change.
