Oar had similar levels of hype to Arzani and Kuol.

Would be great if Devlin win's the title then gets picked for the WC. Wouldn't surprise if they subbed him early because they will want him as they try for a draw at Celtic. Sadly I expect Celtic to win the title and Devlin to miss the WC.

Cam Devlin never adjudged best on ground by FotMob despite being in remarkable form for Hearts and being the highest rated player in the Scottish Premiership this year.
 
The difference (0.17) between Devlin and second place. The difference between second and 12th is 0.14. Second and 13th is 0.21. He is a huge outlier. These ratings are all just fun, but you don't do this if you haven't been really, really good.

He became big news back in the days of limited youth prospects when we had very little coming through the pipeline. Only 4% of EFL academy products actually make it to top tier football. These clubs just churn through players looking for the next big thing.

I dare say a few a league clubs have much higher strike rates that English clubs.
