Another two wins for Macarthur and a draw for City should be enough if the Chinese teams don't earn any points. I'm still not confident that City are a lock yet, I've seen them choke before.

two wins for macarthur would mean 2.75 points including participation (once I divide by 2) and a draw for city would be worth 2 points which indeed eeks us over china if they lose all 6 matches in the next round

I wrote this in the other thread, quick thoughts:
A few ways this can go for spots. If we sneak above China, and Malaysia finish this coefficient ranking above Vietnam and Singapore, then we get the extra ACLE spot. If we stay below China, we get an ACL2 direct spot.
If Singapore or Vietnam go above Malaysia, we get an ACL2 playoff spot. If we also go above China, we get the direct ACL2 spot.

for 2026/27 season AFC club competition allocation (are at end of the 2024/25 season) - for example if Malaysia gets banned by both AFC and FIFA for 2026/27 season in AFC club competitions then China gets extra ACL Elite spot vacated by Malaysia, Australia gets extra ACL Two spot vacated by Malaysia

Wow, you're right. I didn't know their latest rankings weren't used! That's a bit weird. So we could win the ACLE this season but it wouldn't come into effect for another two years
